Registration
The conference fee includes all meals during the conference and is set at SEK 3000 including VAT (currently approximately 270 Euro or USD 340) and SEK 1500 for universities/research institutes.
To promote interactivity during the conference, the total number of participants is limited, so register early to secure your participation.
The conference language is English.

Accommodation
A number of rooms have been secured at a discounted rate at the Elite Park Avenue Hotel.

These are available on a first-come first-serve basis and are booked through the conference registration link above. Payment is made on arrival, and hotel registration is binding. In case of no-show the first night will be charged. Please report changes/cancellations immediately to ICE Management.

Travel to Göteborg
Göteborg has two major airports, Landvetter Airport and Göteborg City Airport, and can be reached daily from several major cities in Europe, either non-stop or via a European city. Remember to check what airport your flight is destined to.
From Landvetter airport to the city
The Airport coaches (Flygbussarna) leave Landvetter airport every 15-20 minutes for the Nils Ericson terminal (Göteborg city center). There is a bus stop “Park Aveny" outside Elite Park Avenue Hotel. The journey takes about 30 minutes.

The airport bus leaves the airport for Nils Ericson Terminal 50 min after the scheduled flight arrival. The journey takes approx 30 min.

Taxi

The official currency is Swedish Kronor, SEK
Bank and exchange
Official opening hours of banks in Sweden are from 10:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs, from Monday to Friday, exceptions do exist. ATMs are common.

The official language of the conference is English.
Visa
