Conference participation

In order to take part in the conference and academic workshop, all participants must register (see below). To promote interactivity during the conference, the total number of participants is limited to 200. The conference language is English. The conference fee includes all meals and is set at SEK 3000 (at present approximately 325 Euro or USD 350) and should be paid prior to the conference (instructions for payment will be sent when registration is confirmed). In order to promote participation by Ph.D. students, particularly from developing countries, it is possible to apply for a grant covering participation, travel and accommodation (for application forms, see under "Academic Workshop").

Conference location
The conference will be held at the Göteborg Convention Centre. For your convenience, we recommend that you stay at Hotel Gothia Towers (at the Convention Centre), where we have reserved rooms at a discount rate (single room 990 SEK/night and double room 1390 SEK/night, including breakfast and VAT). A detailed form concerning hotel arrangements and other practicalities will be enclosed with the confirmation letter.

Registration for participation is binding and the deadline is 11 August 2003.
